Hi,
Merry Christms and a Happy New Year.
There are many a good books out there as regards PL/SQL, but the bible has to be "Oracle PL/SQL Programming". The book is written by that PL/SQL Guru Steven Feurstein. This has great examples, is Reader Friendly a must for those starting out in PL/SQL. Also the Oracle Press editions are a good starting place.
Have Fun
